MLM Home Business – Pyramid Thing or Some Crazy Thing?
In today’s MLM Home Business industry you hear a lot of different views on the different businesses, the services and products that they promote and of course the MLM Home Business arena as a whole. There are those that always seem to relate to the MLM Home Business as some kind of pyramid thing or pyramid scheme as some might call it. The fact is that most people whom call it one of those pyramid schemes or things are just not educated or informed somewhat about the company structure or pay plan.
The fact that a MLM Home Business has a multi level pay structure does not exactly make it a pyramid. In fact quite the opposite could be accurate. If you take a look at the corporate structure of the majority of traditional brick and mortar business models that most of the masses work in, they are in truth working away in a pyramid style pay structure.

Most small businesses and corporations have a CEO/President at the top of the pay scale who usually makes quite a bit larger pay than anyone else in the company. Then there are a couple of Vice Presidents that bring in less than the CEO/President but more than their peers below them. Then you have the upper level Supervisors that operate different parts of the company and they of course make even less pay than the Vice Presidents but more than the Assistant Supervisors. Then you go to even more Assistant Supervisors or Department Heads that help the Supervisors and bring in even less pay but yet still make greater pay than their peers below them. And then you have lots of workers production, support staff, sales and so on all make less than all the workers above them.
If you take it for what it really is you will notice a pyramid pay plan. The ones at the top bring in the majority of the pay and the ones at the bottom that do the majority of the work get paid the least amount.
The Vice President doesn’t bring in more than the President above him. The Supervisors don’t bring in more than the Vice Presidents who are above them. The Assistant Supervisors don’t bring in more than the Supervisors above them and so on down the line to the person at the bottom of the pay scale making the least amount of pay.
In an MLM Home Business pay structure you can literally make more pay than anyone that joined the company before you and the people above you if you work hard at it. It won’t matter if you are at the bottom or the top you will make as much as the hard work you put forth. There can be some variables but generally speaking the structure was created more towards promoting activity and not so much entry point. It is quite common to see someone who just started make more in a relatively short time than someone above them whom introduced them to their MLM Home Business opportunity. The more you promote your business the more you make.
